How to design your book cover

The cover is divided into certain areas, as shown in the picture below.

If you want to use your photo for the whole cover, enlarge it to the fully cover the grey bleed area too.

Preview your book to see if you've placed the photo correctly. Otherwise, the white background will appear in print.

If the quality of your cover picture is low, we recommend keeping it smaller and leaving some space around it.

Don't forget the book's spine. If you want to add text on it, we recommend choosing a smaller font.
